Nozipho is the co founder of the HR Matters Group where as Executive Director she takes care of operations and placements. Nozipho started off her career as a teacher, she left the public sector ten years ago to pursue her career in the private sector within the human resources management space in retail where she literally experienced "shop-floor" HR practice.

Nozipho joined the recruitment industry and underwent training in a recruitment franchise model in Oklahoma, USA in 2002, particularly focusing on temporary and flexible staffing. This was to ignite her passion for spotting talent and matching them with organizations which require their skills. Drawing from her education and training experience, Nozipho also got involved with the provision of Business Advisory services to the Small Micro Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) and Co-operatives. As a member of various Business Women Associations, she is determined to pursue her dream of being a successful entrepreneur.
