Musa Makhunga...
...is the Founding Managing Director of the HR Matters Group which comprises two distinct Businesses, namely: a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Consultancy and a Property Investments Company:HR Matters Properties (Pty) Ltd. A Pedagogue by training (University of Zululand), Musa started off his career in human potential development at his alma mater High School, Dlamvuzo in Kwa Zulu Natal - RSA. He later left to take up positions in Corporate SA, still within the Human Capital Development and Organization Growth area, where he was to spend the following fifteen plus years across a number of industries which included: Retail, Mining, Manufacturing, Banking and Development Finance.

To supplement his commercial experience, Musa enrolled with Business Schools of the Universities of: Kwa-Zulu Natal (GSB - Durban Westville), South Africa (SBL) and Stellenbosch (USB) for post graduate Business studies, all of which contributed immensely to his in-depth understanding of the crucial role played by people in their own growth and that of organizations they are an intrinsic part of. Owing to Corporates he worked for, Musa was exposed to hands on international human capital development perspectives overseas which included the UK and the SADC region.

Musa has always and still is involved with both entrepreneurial and community development initiatives aimed at the betterment of his lot and that of others, individually and/or with other Business associates and acquaintances. Musa has, over the past four years of being full time with the HR Matters Group, enjoyed doing Strategy Development & Execution facilitation, HR Out-Source work, Placements, Mentoring and Coaching for our clients in the Public, Private and NGO sectors. He is passionate about working with the dynamics of human energy at work and fascinated by seeing how this positively impacts results for Businesses predisposed, strategically and operationally, to understanding and appreciating its ad infinitum possibilities.
